#41 Chrome - Find Bar

Hi ya!

Is there a certain word that you’re trying to locate on a webpage?
If so, then you can use the Find Bar to track down that word or phrase!

  • Click on the Chrome menu
  • Select Find
  • The Find Bar will be found in the top right of the page. Looks like this:

  • Type in the word that you want to find
  • Press Enter to search the page

Another way to open Find Bar is to press the keys Ctrl  +  F

Chrome automatically searches the page for the word as you are typing it on, highlighting possible Finds (pun intended) in yellow.
And, yeah. That is how you Find a word or phrase on a webpage.

To Summarize:
  • Click on the Chrome menu
  • Select Find
  • Type in the word that you want to find
  • Press Enter to search the page
Alternatively, you can open the Find Bar via keyboard shortcut Ctrl + F
