#11 - Gmail - How to Undo a Sent Message.

Hi ya!

One day, you send a message to a buddy of yours, but wait! You sent the message to a total stranger! “What can I do?” you ask.
The only thing you can do is Undo Send.
Undo Send is a Lab in Gmail.

You can enable Undo Send (or and Lab for that matter)
By opening your Gmail Account > Click the gear icon at the top right of the page (that looks like this) and select Settings > Click the Labs tab > Find the Undo Send lab and click “Enable.”
Don’t forget: at the bottom of the page, you must click Save Changes, otherwise, when you enable Undo Send, it won’t be enabled.

After you do that, you should have up to 30 seconds to undo that sent message that you didn’t mean to send.

To change how long you want to be able to undo a sent message, go to your Gmail settings and Look for "Undo Send"

Review:
  • Open up your Gmail Account.
  • Click the gear icon at the top right of the page that looks like this
  • Select Settings.
  • Click the Labs tab.
  • Find Undo Send and enable it.
  • Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.
