#43 Chromebook - How to Learn more about your Chromebook

Hi ya!

You were just given a brand-new Chromebook! You want to learn about all the features of it and how to make the best of it.

Well, if you didn’t already know, there’s an app in the App Launcher that can help you get started with your Chromebook!

There’s two simple ways of accessing the app to learn more about your Chromebook:

1. Keyboard shortcut
2. App Launcher

Keyboard Shortcut:

All you have to do is enter the keys CTRL + /

And the Get Help app will appear

App Launcher:

To find the app to learn more about your electronic device, all you have to do is open the App Launcher that is located in the bottom left corner of your screen (). Search within the App Launcher: Get Help and BAM! There’s the app!

Just click on the app and it’ll bring up the window displayed in the first example.

And that’s basically it!

To Summarize:

Two ways to open the Get Help app

• Keyboard shortcut: CTRL + /
• App Launcher: Open the App Launcher that is placed in the bottom left corner. Search for Get Help
